Two things worth doing this week are:
Read ‘The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night’. It’s about an autistic lad, who finds his neighbour’s dog dead and, despite the fact that he’s never been beyond the end of his road on his on, sets about to find the culprit. Funny and insightful – and pretty clever too.
Watch ‘Lemony Stickets’ A Series of Unfortunate Events’. Even though it’s supposed to be for kids, the humour is really fantastic. And, though it pains me to say, but Jim Carey (whom I loathe) is actually very good as the villain, Count Olaf. [Btw – the website for the film is pretty funky]
